Lesha Capital CJSC is a Saudi Closed Joint Stock Company, wholly owned by Lesha Bank a leading Shari’a-compliant investment bank headquartered in Qatar.
In May 2025, the Capital Market Authority granted Lesha Capital an In-Principle Approval to conduct Investment Advisory Services. Subsequently, Lesha Capital was granted a full CMA license for Investment Advisory Services in November 2025, followed by the authorization to conduct Managing Investments and Operating Funds in February 2026.
