Mr Majid Hassan is the Chief Executive Officer & Head of Advisory of Lesha Capital KSA, and a seasoned financial services executive with over 25 years of experience spanning investment management and capital markets. He has built a distinguished career leading business development and capital raising efforts for some of the world’s most respected financial institutions, successfully raising capital from a wide range of investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Mr Majid is known for his deep understanding of the regional investor landscape and his hands-on approach to structuring and placing complex investment solutions across asset classes including public markets, private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds, fixed income, and direct deals. He has held senior roles at leading global and regional firms such as Sidra Capital, Saudi Kuwait Finance House, Verno Capital, Mirabaud Asset Management, AIG Investments (now PineBridge), and SHUAA Capital.

Throughout his career, Mr Majid has demonstrated a strong ability to establish and grow regional offices, build high-performing teams, and open new markets across the GCC. He has successfully bridged global investment strategies with local investor demand, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor and dynamic dealmaker.

Mr Majid holds an MBA from London Business School

Ms Hessa AlOwaisi serves as the Vice President of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer, bringing extensive experience in legal and regulatory frameworks to her role. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law and is a licensed attorney accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Justice, with over seven years of professional experience in the field.

Ms Hessa also holds several professional certifications, including CME-1, CME-2, Advanced in Compliance, AML, and CCO, which strengthen her expertise in compliance, anti–money laundering, and governance practices.

Prior to her current role, she held key compliance positions at several leading financial institutions, where she developed, implemented robust compliance frameworks, and fostered a culture of integrity and regulatory excellence.

Mr Mohammed AlObaid is the Portfolio Manager at Lesha Capital, where he plays a key role in the firm’s investments practice with a focus on delivering strategic investment and wealth management solutions. With over 15years of experience across Saudi Arabia’s financial sector, Mohammed has built a reputation as a trusted advisor and dynamic leader, known for his deep understanding of capital markets and his ability to align innovative financial strategies with client objectives.

Throughout his career, Mr Mohammed has held senior roles at prominent institutions including BSF Capital, Derayah Financial, Mulkia Investment, Al Rajhi Capital, HSBC Saudi Arabia, and Samba Financial Group. He has consistently driven growth by developing tailored investment solutions, expanding client relationships, and leading high-performing teams across wealth management and investment banking divisions.

Mr Mohammed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from King Saud University and is certified under the Capital Market Authority’s CME-1 & CME-4 (International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management) program by the Institute of Banking.

Mr Amr Shahwan is the Head of Asset Management at Lesha Capital (KSA), bringing over 28 years of experience in asset and investment management across Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

Mr Amr possesses extensive expertise in investment strategy, portfolio management, real estate asset management, family office structuring, and governance frameworks. His experience spans the full investment lifecycle, including asset acquisition, optimization, divestment, and performance oversight, with a strong focus on capital preservation, risk management, and sustainable value creation.

Throughout his career, Mr Amr has held senior executive leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer, Director, and General Manager, with prominent financial and investment institutions such as MEFIC Capital, Awaser Investment, MASIC, SAMBA Financial Group, Al Majdouie Group, Arbah Investment Group, and Baker Tilly KSA.

Mr Amr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Amman Ahliya University, Jordan.
